8 limbs with Pilar
Tuesdays 6-7:30pm level 2&3
This asana based class will incorporate study and exploration of the 8 limbs of yoga. Drop ins welcome.

Intro to Yoga Series with Pilar Tumolo
4 Sundays September19-October 10 4:30-6pm.
This 4 week series explores the most preliminary poses and practices. Sets a great foundation for the beginning student. Also a great refresher for students wanting to begin yoga again after a long break.
